★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only store in the entire mall that does not honour mask exemptions for medical reasons and also discriminates against pregnant women. The lady at the front was not accommodating and quite rude to my husband to the point where she asked him to shop for me while I have to wait outside. What makes you people think you deserve our money after that? You lost out on a sale because you guys are covidiots. She said this is their American policy...well guess what? The country your store is, is in Canada, not the US. Absolutely ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite stores in the entire mall. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Everyone who worked In the store asked if I wanted help at one point. Was very impressed by that. There is a good collection of bongs, t-shirts, lava lamps, hats and mugs etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely agree with the latest comment, I have problems breathing in the mask so I had to uncover my nose, I was told to leave and that I don't have to shop there. Also they wanted to kick out the kids because they had cotton candy but the funny part was that it was packed in a box and they were not eating it. I definitely do not recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just can't go wrong with this store! They've got the best stuff for just about all occasions and I'm not exactly an easy shopper so that's saying something. It's the only branch I ever go to. If you go, make sure to ask for Bri and Jamie. They helped me out big time and were super patient with me, which is, again really saying something! Keep up the amazing work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in because I spotted some pride shirts, and was hoping to get some pride items for the pride parade in June. I was immediately greeted by an employee, who was incredibly nice and polite. I have never felt so comfortable and welcome in a store before. I almost cried because she was so supportive.

We get a friendly hello from staff everytime we walk in.
We took a drink in once, but the salesperson was really nice about it and let us leave it on the counter while we shopped.
There are plenty of unique items and the T-shirts are good quality, thick Material and the image lasts longer that others I have bought
at other stores.
The salespeople are always pointing out sale items and in store promotions .
My daughters and I love this store

We have always had great experiences when looking for specific gifts or items. The staff is always ready with suggestions or offers to locate what you are looking for in another storeif it is not available there. Go check them out! :)
