Since calling Aldo customer service is a nightmare , I decided to go the store and discuss the issue in person. By reading Aldo return policy and other people experience I did not expect an easy solution to my case. I was so surprised how I was wrong. I decided to go the Aldo store at Erin Mills and Stacy solved the problem in 2 mins. She explained me that it is a obvious manufacturing defect and I can return these shoes if I wish. Stacy, thanks for your amazing service today. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Badly trained associates who give attitude or who have no idea what they are selling and how the customer can get the item. You need to hire new people who have an understanding of customer service and give respect to people who call. You can never be as busy as Toronto premium outlet or square one, i got good customer service from them.

Instead of putting the phone away when I entered, they continued to watch what was on the phone. No one asked if I needed help or if they could grab me a size, so I left with no shoes.

The policy is unacceptable for refunding or exchanging while during shopping they mentioned that you would be able to return it. I bought a pair of shoes which i only tried them inside the store and they refused to exchange it and even claimed that i was lying and tried it on.more I didn’t keep on the argument with them,however, i am so sad for this behavior and I’ll never ever buy anything from thid brand again.

At the time of purchase she was told that she could return in 60 days as long as they were not worn outside, she tried them on for 20 minutes in her apartment and they were too u comfortable so she decided to return them . The manager became belligerent when she requested a refund and had the audacity to call them old ladies. This was on Thursday December 27th at 7:00PM She refused to give her name or the name of her superior. Please follow up on this.
