★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment ovet the phone but service center is not open at the confirmed time. Integrity issue. The employee who booked the appointment for me confirmed the date and time at the end of the phone call and said "we will see you before the new year on Dec 31st".

had a chip in my windshield (first time that happened to me) and I wasn't sure what to do..
I drove to this location just to ask questions (is it a repair or a replacement.. what is the cost.. etc). The employee was very helpful, and even booked me an appointment for first thing, the next day (the technician wasn't working when I came in).
He also called my insurance and made the claim for me - so I didn't have pay any money or do any work! just showed up!
Whole thing took 45 minutes (as promised) and went so smoothly. All staff was polite & friendly... very great service!

Akim helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took less than 40 minutes to repair the chip. It cost much less than expected too :)
I highly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible customer service! John was efficient and provided quality service. I had a stone chip that looked pretty bad so I wanted to fix it quickly before it split more. Called this location and John squeezed me in for today even though he was booked up. He fixed it in under an hour and it looks great. Thank you so much for getting me in last minute and providing amazing customer service. After he pulled my car out front, he noticed my back up camera was very dirty, ran in to his shop to grab a cloth, and cleaned it for me.
