Third the work was done for a fair price, and with great skill. I was so pleased with the windows, that I ordered doors also. Highly recommend this team; they’re great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used these guys previously and was very happy in my old house while I also recommended them to others, so when I moved I hired them again to do some of my windows in the new house
I was surprised to see new names and faces and I was told the ownership was changed. Long story short i decided to use them again
The work was not that great and they were over priced by almost double saying that they have the experience but I realized that the installers and the crew were all new
They broke one of the windows on install, they made a mistake on replacements , some windows had glue on them
I hired a different company this time and they used the same windows but half the price
I did not have a great experience the second time around, but the first time I was really happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Window and door specialist did all the windows in my house around 2 weeks ago. My salesperson, Ali, was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and he offered us his experience and what he thought was applicable and looked good for our house. After looking at his ideas we totally agreed with him. The installation experience was also amazing. Simon was the installer and he did an amazingly clean and precise job with installing the windows. Overall, I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. I totally recommend them.

I shopped around and choose them because they offered the most competitive pricing, and the sales process was very well managed. Ali came and measured my door and provided me with options on different doors, glass inserts and hardware. I had many questions, and all were answered promptly. I was very pleased with the installation as well, and Jack did a very nice job. I would recommend Window and Door Specialist and definitely use them again.

Kian was very helpful in recommending that the large unit be one piece and to make one of the smaller windows operable. He also let me know that there is a government rebate and who to contact in that regard. Pricing and workmanship was very good.
