Not only were they efficient, professional, and knowledgeable as I asked them questions about our garage door opener, they were personable. For us, that's what separates the great companies from the good ones. Thanks for the great service and conversations.

Broken Spring...I gave them a call and they were out here and had two new springs on and finished in no time at all...Very friendly and EXCELLENT service..I would HIGHLY recommend Arnold and Cross Country Overhead door for any of your Overhead door needs...Thank you Very Much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I can’t really explain what a great experience it was dealing with cross-country overhead door. I called with a bit of a garage door emergency. He was super friendly and positive and offered to come out that night or first thing the next morning and by that I mean 6am! I left my garage unlocked and let him know he could get to work, he texted me when he was done, I etransfered him and all my problems were gone. That’s the kind of service I love. A stressful problem turned into something I didn’t even need to get out of bed for. 10/10 will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are rock stars! Called at 7:30 am with a bit of a door emergency. These guys were at my house by 8:50 am and gone by 9:15 am. They went right to work and made all repairs needed, all while making conversation!!
Highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough about this company, they met every wish I had. I wanted something a little unusual for my lady cave. I wanted BIG change, as I use my cave for office, crafts, seedlings in spring, socializing etc. I needed light, and to see OUT! I custom ordered doors with 2 panels, as I am short, and still would have not been able to see out the top panel alone, so why not order another panel???? More light, more awesomeness. They made it happen! Thanks Arnold & Gil highly recommend by Shauna Morrison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a spring fail on my garage door one morning, these guys came out that day and repaired it. We decided to have them replaced so they didn't charge for the repair and came back a week and a half later to replace both OH doors (new track and everything). They were quick, professional and genuinely nice people. Arnold was great to deal, communication was smooth, they showed up when they said they would and the price was extremely fair! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
