When the property went into probate they were fantastic to deal with, and even went and above and beyond the purchase contract and helped us draft a rental contract specific to the property while in probate. This is a fantastic local firm, and I highly reccomend using Birdsell for your legal needs, home buying or otherwise!

We couldn’t have chosen a better lawyer Sam Johnson with Birdsell Grant LLP to help us and make sure all our questions, concerns along with things we didn’t know or couldn’t see were in line for the purchase! With the world we are in today we had to make our purchase from another province and Sam was so accommodating and professional! Even with a 2 hour time difference he was always on top of everything ! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse lawyer I have ever used for family law. Kimberly wasn’t very confident with the answer she would give on matters. Also wouldn’t follow directions, leaving me to have to refile for a review on my order. I would also have to send document a more then once due to her losing them/miss placing them this drove my bill much higher. By far the worst experience I have ever had and will not be returning.

Birdesell Grant has an amazing team of lawyers and legal staff-very helpful! With our growing family we trusted them with our will and estate and they were very thorough. They went through many details we would have overlooked. Brieanne MacLeod was very professional and compassionate when asking difficult questions. It was money well spent for piece of mind.
My husband and I just bought our family home and we knew we would be in great hands at Birdell Grant. They were great to work with once again!
