★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should NOT be this difficult to sell grain. After an issue with poor customer service roughly 3 years ago I thought I would give Agfinity another chance. Clearly nothing has changed. Lack of communication and ignored questions... I will take my business elsewhere. Expected so much more from this company. Truly a disappointment.

From lost load tickets, poor commication and constant stream of excuses blaming everyone else when they did decide to answer their phone. I've never been so disappointed in a grain company and they will never earn my business again.
