s	scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hours advertised are misleading. Arrived at 5:45pm with a small child and was turned away with two ppl in the waiting room. The exaggerated hours seem to be a common message among reviewers. An obvious marketing tactic on the doctors behalf to attract business. Not sure how to prevent this type of false advertising, but looking into a larger complaint body to remove their Google listing.
W	William Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please read all reviews. This clinic uses doctors that are interims and should be working with a full licensed doctor and that’s not the case. Make sure you cross check the name on the college of physicians website before proceeding. After verifying, check the meds that were prescribed on the health line website to make sure you weren’t over prescribed. You may not need all those or may not need anything at all. Pharmacy owns the clinic.

To make a long story short after being 'passed off' by an online web clinic late on a Friday evening, Margaret and Dr. J welcomed us with open arms into their clinic. They were compassionate, caring and listened to our health concerns related to our youngest child. They went above and beyond for our family. I would highly recommend Dr. J and his team of professional staff. Thank you, thank you! We appreciate you, be well!

Dr.Mo physician assistant in the clinic misdiagnosed my almost 2 year old twice in a span of two weeks for two different incidents. Both times ended up going to the ER and both times diagnosed very differently and less serious than Dr.Mo initial diagnosis. First instance he said she had bronchitis needed puffer and antibiotics, he prescribed it so lightly to my daughter without listening to her chest or cough even. X-ray at hospital cleared it. Second incident he said my daughter had a displaced hip - it’s red and tender. While nurses and doctor at ER and X-ray showed it clear. I just wish doctors take their time diagnosing a patient specially this young and non verbal.
g	givo83 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience at this walk in clinic. Ultimately decided to go to another clinic as I feel my time was wasted with a visit here today. Only plus is that the afternoon receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. Other then that it's a zero star experience.

Later called me back to tell me they made a mistake and scheduled me for a time they were closed. They cancelled my appointment. and promised to call back to reschedule the next day. That was a week ago. I have called back twice and left voicemails. No one has called me back.
M	Mafmeif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars for this clinic! I'm not sorry at all after dealing with this rude lady receptionist! I don't know her name but putting the time and day when we visited should reach their management and deal with her. (June 1, 2022 at 3:30PM) She shouldn't be working in this profession because she lacks empathy towards the patients who are "patiently" waiting in line. She talks rudely! I noticed with the 2 old couple she was talking to, no empathy at all! Came our turn and she turned us down completely! She said, "why are you here?" so we said, "we came for a check-up." (What else does she wanna know) And again, "Yeah, why did you come here?" maintaining my composure I said, "My kids have allergic cough..." and she cut me off at once and said, "If you have symptoms, the doctor will not entertain you!" So we left! I don't wanna go down her level of idiocy coz that would just waste my time! If they don't wanna entertain patients with symptoms (all kind of symptoms that needs immediate care), then they should post it on their doors for people to see!
