Just left this location and the cashier working with the pink sweater and the head-wrap (english accent) was showing alot of attitude. I told her that she should respond “you’re welcome” when people say thank you. In return she slammed the cash register and very aggressively handed me my change. Good thing i wasn’t a secret shopper. Won’t be returning here. After reading the reviews, seems like a regular interaction at this location.

Good gas prices on occasion. Washroom available. Food services have taken a sharp dip here. Chicken is gone, pizza is gone. 24 hour convenience. I occasionally stop here but no longer every day.

Not a very well run store. I used to work here and was let go for taking 12 dollars worth of food home that I wrote a note and left the receipt for that I said I was going to pay back ASAP. This was on a Wednesday and I paid them on Friday, still after about an hour of working I was fired because I broke a policy, a policy that apparently only applied to me since I know for a fact multiple employees had done the same thing as me , some even used money from the till for cabs home and wrote it as a store expense until I brought it up to a coworker that he doesn’t have to walk home he can do the cab thing like the other coworkers do. but when he did it that all stopped very soon after. I know the manager there didn’t like me personally because I would discuss how the store could possibly be run better. after I covered the store for three months of night shift and always had everything done and ready to go even stayed late in the mornings most days to make sure I had the baking done or because I had to wait for the morning person to actually get there, and even after I said I was done with the nights I still would cover for them at least twice a week because they had the night guy call in and if I didn’t come in the manager would have to or force someone else to work the night shift so I always said yes and helped them out. The manager and her clique of employees are terrible and they act like they own the place and are very rude to not only other coworkers but customers as well, between this 7-11 and the other one I’ve never seen such bad customer service. Some employees were good but most acted like they couldn’t care less. Which brings me to my next point, it’s dirty, the coffee aisle is dirty the slurpee aisle is dirty and sticky, the bathrooms are disgusting I actually had to go and buy rubber gloves with my own money so that I could clean them, now that I’m gone I doubt anybody actually cleans them still. I think I was the only person to actually mop the entire store while I was there and I was always cleaning the floors of the coffee and slurpee aisles. The employees that I worked with, most not all, couldn’t care less, just signing off And on work that was never completed, barely actually cleaning anything properly and again just the lack of customer service. When I was working at 7-11 and doing cash there’s not one customer that would walk through those doors and not be served with excellent customer service and I will stand by the fact that I believe that I was there best worker at the time when I was let go, was I perfect no, but I was a hell of a lot better then most employees there and I believe that the customers who I dealt with would agree. So besides my experience working there, now as a customer the only reason I go to either 7-11 in Guelph is because I need gas and there so close to me, besides that nothing. I hope that the people who were good workers, there were some good people there, have found something better to move onto, and for the multitude of employees at this store who suck at customer service and really just at the job, I hope you learn to do better. If You need gas I’d go to any esso or circle k, they’ve got way better slushie flavours they’re actually cheaper and so far I’ve yet to have bad customer service at them, they at least know how to say hello, goodbye and have a nice day.

From all the times ive ordered items from places this place is 100% the worst, I waited an hour and a half for a slurpee and a ice cream bar both came melted. Id recommend any place but here

Worst experience ever. Serve cold and soggy food. Fries were just half the quantity and soggy, not made fresh. Order was half empty. I ordered 2 taquitos pack, 1 drink and fries. Got only 1 pack of taquito and fries and that too not in the condition that you can eat. When asked, the guy said we were busy and asked to deal with ubereats for the issues with the order. When asked ubereats for refund, they just refund $13 and charged me $13 for just 2 pieces of taquito from a pack of 4 (costs $8 for 4 in a pack). First of all, it is the duty of the restaurant to maintain the quality and service and that if you cannot, please stop the services. We do not pay for the cold and soggy food. Had to throw away the fries and 2 of the taquitos. Barely ate just 2 taquitos from a pack of 4.

Completely done with this location. Ordered two diet Pepsi Big Gulps and recieved two clearish brown drinks in their place. Seriously, who looked at these and thought 'yeah, that's perfectly fine to send out'?

On more then one occasion I have gone in and asked for 12 chicken wings and I get these, 12 chicken tenders. How can staff make mistakes like this and then they say, I'm sorry. This a picture of the wings I asked for.

I made an order of skip the dish. Asked for 2 energy drinks and they call me to say they don't have those flavors. Thats fine. They told me they had 2 other flavors. I said that's fine replace it with any of the energy drinks. They say okay and end the call. I then see my cart updated and they just took the drinks off entirely. Thanks for trying to work with me.
