When asked for an extra cleaning cloth (which they admitted cost less than $1), they refused and said I should purchase it separately. When I suggested that this was ridiculous and said I would not shop here again, they simply said ok. So, I know I'm not going back there ever again. Yeah, they will nickle and dime you to the extent possible. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere they appreciate your business.

Both the ladies working the front desk continuously supported me in all my questions, and the Optometrist took his time in giving me different contacts to try. Allowed me the time to walk around, let me eyes adjust - over and over again. Each time they checked my eyes as I came back to see how my eyes adjusted to the different brands of contact lenses until we found the one that best fit my eyes. I will only ever purchase my needs and see this staff at this location! Thank you SO MUCH again❤️

I received the best in world class customer service. Dr. Wong was also a reflection of the great service I was given. I will highly recommend this business.

The staff have always been so incredibly friendly, so much so that they know my first name?! I have never had a problem or any issues, and if they had to say 'no' to anything, it's usually because they've exhausted all their efforts in trying to help me out. They go above and beyond their customer service. I am so happy that I've found their company a decade ago, and cannot recommend them enough! I definitely go out of my way from Kitsilano to go to the Broadway store. Trust me, you will not regret doing business with Image Optometry!

They have an excellent selection of frames, and I have always walked away happy with a unique and stylish pair of glasses. They have been keen to pay attention to detail and make adjustments for a comfortable fit, encouraging me to come back anytime. All the staff without exception have been very friendly and helpful! I was even there to get a new pair of glasses recently and Amaya noticed that my old pair had a chip in the frame. She insisted on taking the old pair back and arranged to have the entire frame replaced at no cost to me!! I was floored! This was certainly above and beyond! I am so excited to have two beautiful frames to change between now! Dr. Wong has also been very helpful, taking the time to ensure my prescription is accurate and comfortable. Appointments have been flexible and they have been very understanding when I have had to make changes. Overall a wonderful, professional, and warm customer service and health care experience! Highly recommend!
S	Sophie Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using a different location of Image Optometry for quite awhile but recently moved and decided to go to this location for an exam and to purchase new glasses. Firstly, the doctor was lovely and the exam was quick. However there was some confusion with myself and the front staff over the advertised promotion for lenses. I chose a new pair and was advised that they would be ready in a day or two for pickup. I was told the total price and paid it in full, however when I got home I realized that it was more that I thought I would be paying with the promotion but was not provided a receipt. I went by a few days later to pick up my glasses and asked for a receipt to see the breakdown. The staff were not very friendly with me but gave me the receipt and told me I misunderstood. I left, decided to let it go. However I just received an email from them and it appears that they have replaced my first name in their system as “problematic” which I find incredibly unprofessional. I was simply inquiring about what I was charged as no paperwork was provided to me. I normally wouldn’t write a review but I just found this unprofessional and would rather make the drive to go elsewhere, I won’t be returning here.

Chic, classic, modern, crazy... there’s something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable! Maya and Karen were very intuitive and will help you find frames you’re completely hooked on. Looking forward to a second pair soon!
