Alia was a gymnasts for 19 years, representing Team Manitoba at Westerns and at Nationals. Alia has been coaching gymnastics for over 7 years and has experience coaching both recreational and competitive athletes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spartans gymnastics is the best. The owner Jen is so easy going and Brenda the coach is so great with the kids. She is tough but fair. My son does parkour and my other son does boys gymnastics. They have a range of classes plus do parties.
