★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my rhinoplasty last week, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Angela, Dav and Dr. Esmail gave me the exact experience and nose I wanted. No issues or problems setting up the consultations and surgery. Surgery went amazing and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Even got personal texts and calls asking how I’m doing the day after the surgery, haven’t heard of any other doctor doing that, especially it being a Sunday. Being only 19, you would think it would be nervous going in there but everyone was so chill and they talk to you like you’ve known them forever but yet still so professional. I will definitely refer him to anyone. 10/10 I am extremely happy. Dr esmail is like gods sent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ruined my life, I had laser mole removal surgery in the fall of 2020, and after that I had a very visible scar on my face. After several treatments, they used a special laser in early 2021 to make my scar worse and more visible. After several more futile treatments (though they persisted and improved, everyone but the clinic said they saw no effect), surgery was performed in early 2022, leaving scarring worse and more pronounced. After two years of wasting my time, I finally decided to talk to the head of the clinic about the results. They actually told me that they could only give me one treatment, and then decided to give up. In the past two years, they made many treatment mistakes and did not respect my opinion and insisted on their treatment, which resulted in my worse scar. They ruined my life and disrespected me. I suffered from depression after two years of psychological struggle. Their surgical error caused all this to happen. I was very disappointed.
