It had always been a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. I recently went to go and kill some time since it's cheaper than a hotel. I go to ask for a room as per usual, and was met with the employee giving me a dirty look and telling me that I should "come back another night"... I was confused and asked him why, yet I was not given an answer as he just repeated himself without giving me an explanation. I wasn't intoxicated, and I don't believe I look like someone who'd cause trouble or rob the place... I know they can refuse anyone entry at their own discretion, but I didn't think I'd be refused entry for no reason. I can only assume he judged me based on my appearance (piercings) and didn't like my style. I'll never know for sure since he refused to tell me why as he looked at me as if I punched babies in my spare time. Needless to say, as someone from out of town and lives more than an hour drive away from this establishment, I will not be coming back "another night" and won't recommend that anyone wastes their time going to a place with such a discriminatory and prejudiced staff. As much as I have enjoyed coming here in the past, this has left an awful taste in my mouth as well as discouraged me from wanting to come here again. This place is going down hill and fast.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the price is not bad (21CAD for a locker), the sauna itself was very clean, great jacuzzi, nice play areas and a lovely outdoor space on the last floor. Unfortunately it’s wasn’t busy, but that’s how it works, sometimes you are lucky sometimes not much. I’d definitely come back when in Toronto.

R	R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here every now and then for years now. I was here a few days ago with no issues. I live out of town and had to drive over 90 minutes to get here. When I went up to rent a room it was not very busy and then the employee at the desk told me I can't get a room and try again tomorrow. I calmly asked multiple times what the reason was and explained that I drove all the way from out of town. The employee just rudely ignored me and finally repeated try again tomorrow. They have raised the prices to make up for all the money they lost during the covid closures and deny return customer's access when they were not even busy. I'd avoid this place especially if you don't live close by.

Now Babylon has closed its doors for good Spa XS takes the # 1 position. I have been going to this place for more than 15 years and I always look forward to my next visit. Clients age range is from 20 to 90 so there is someone for everyone. Very friendly and professional staff and the place is spotless. I am so glad Spa XS survived while Hippocampe, and Bloc 425 closed their doors for good this summer. Spa XS has the energy and vibe like no other baths I have been except Babylon. I LOVE Spa XS

M	M Banks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place several times in a row during my 30 day sojourn in Toronto in 2005 -- wow, 17 years ago! It just stays in my memory forever! Super clean, and great staff. Guess what, I lost my watch and some patron found it somewhere in the locker room and brought it over to the bartender who asked each one checking out and eventually confirmed that it was mine. Not just that, the first time I had 5 guys approaching me for good times, and the second time I made it with over 30+ that came to me and even made good friends! I'm not bragging. It was one of the most glorious nights in my life.
