★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept my cat for 6 hours, (I called 4 times during this time and by the last time I was ready to go get him, done or not). When I arrived most of the things that they include in their spa package were not done. When I got there they said he was anxious, which makes sense considering he was stuck in a cage from 8am till 4pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seem to be no pet groomers in montreal that seem to be willing to deal with rabbits. I needed to bring him in to get his nails cut, but the woman was unwilling to do even that because she was pregnant. That is not fair, if you are unwilling to work on a small, calm rabbit, you should not be at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our shih tzu here while visiting over the summer. They were kind enough to squeeze us into their busy schedule and they cut our dog’s hair exactly as we requested -
super short for the summer. They did a great job trimming her nails as well. Could not ask for better! We’ll probably return for another groom next time we’re in Montreal.

He can be a handful and can be anxious with strangers so we were so happy to have those who understood dogs take such great care of him! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best dog grooming service I have ever had! I would highly recommend it for numerous reasons! Here is my brief story:
My dog arrived from the other side of the country on Thursday evening and I noticed that her fur was matted in different places and she just looked like a mop. I ended up making a trip in the early afternoon to see if I could fit her in the shop's schedule, and to my surprise, they took her in! She does have separation and anxiety, and the groomer, despite being kicked in the face and having scratches all over her arms while my dog was trying to waddle away, showed only concerns for my dog and not herself. She was saying that her heart was beating fast and monitored her until she calmed down a little bit. When I came to pick her up later, she looked fantastic! her fur was cut neatly, and all her matting was gone. No accidents happened despite being a difficult pup she is. They were extremely friendly and informative about her stay.
