Food is really good, service is fine and pretty quick. Only think is that I felt kind of judged by bringing beer ( it's a byob) because I kind of had to ask for getting rid of the emptys, even after putting them at the end of the table for quite a long time (believe me, there were a few there) . And they brought ice bucket for the wine but , got a bit off attitude when I asked for one for the beer. Could have been 5 stars but Duluth attitude hitted again. The plateau is literally dying anyway , only boomers can afford rent over there lol But long lives the chef I hope, seriously nice presentation and tasty tasty tasty.

I had a terrible experience at this resto a while back and kept forgetting to leave a review. Not the best French BYOB in the city. There are so many that are way better. The food was mediocre at best but it was the unprofessional service that truly irked me. For starters, the staff looked sloppy. A more polished professional look would be nice. The female server was aloof, unprofessional and looked irritated the whole time we were there. The only time she showed any reaction was when I left her a "goose egg" for a tip. She had the audacity to complain. When you are working with the public learn to be polite and smile once in a while. If you're going to have a "resting b*&^% face", I suggest you work with computers instead!

The food, when dine in was excellent. I ordered one dessert for takeout and I found it completely burned! Disappointed. to the reply: I don't know what you are talking about! I just said an item purchased (take away) was not good! Please note that I mentioned that the food you provided during the dine was excellent and we had a perfect time in your restaurant. No issues. BYOB. Generally ignored by wait staff, meals came out of order and ordered items were never received. Entrées were nice, mains were disappointing, service was poor. Bill came to around 150$ for two and the quality of the experience just isn't there to back it up. Won't return.

What a HORRIBLE place: save yourself from this BYOW! I used to eat there, a couple of years ago, and I don't know what happened here but it's terrifying!!! Full description of this never-to-repeat experience: we arrive right on time and waited a long time to be seated, despite visual contact with waiters. Not very welcoming. We sat down, brought our bottle of white and another 25mins went by; the wine got hot and I had to insist a couple of times to get an ice bucket. Poor waitress had to run to the corner depaneur to get a bag of ice. Lord, the bucket wasn't fit for purpose - too low and too thin. Then, it took ages to place our order (there were 2 waiters for 60 pax, I counted actually, as this was a hot summer night). The starter eventually came, late... no water refills, nothing, BAD service. I entered this place at 8h30 and was served my main just bf 10h30, no kidding. I was told that the resto was exceedingly busy, yet someone who arrived later was served bf us, I noticed. Very poor service - it felt either too rushed or unbearably slow; the food was underwhelming in every way and not good quality -- this is TERRIBLE VALUE 4 MONEY. The toilets and kitchen seemed rather... dirty, tbh, not the place you'd like to have your Tartares de saumon et boeuf. If you don't believe me by now check the photo: we ordered a basket of bread and butter (expecting half baguette, sliced, and butter). They served us this old toast, grill-burned, with melted butter on top, disgusting. This is not a dinning experience by any standard. Sorry!

I was surprised by the quality of the food and the service. The chef was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions and ended up making something delicious! I will definitely come back to see this amazing staff and spend a great night in the heart of the city!!!!

Honestly missed la Prunelle. LOVE the staff! They are super nice and respectful, food was outstanding just like always. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and good restaurant as I’m never disappointed when I go. Keep up the good work !

Small formal Italian eatery with great service. The feta gnuddi was one of the best if not the best pasta dishes I have ever tasted. Server was very knowledgeable, translated everything to English for us, and made arrangements for dietary restrictions. 4 stars only because portions were on the smaller end and we were left slightly hungry at the end.
