As my boyfriend love deep tissue massage and receives wonderful massages from Aurelie, I rather like soft. But eventhough I asked not too deep, she knows how to work on my stress. She is the bestest in Montréal for sure. Seriously you can only want to book another massage as soon as you are done.

For personality, she is very friendly and kind, I feel calm just speaking to her and find it easy to open up. She takes the time before a session to make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what you're looking for. As for massage technique and skill, she's really very talented, I always feel invigorated after my sessions (recommend 1.5hrs ! ) I've had deeeeep tissue and thai-yoga, and with strong, controlled and deliberate movements she will get DEEP into the problem spots. More recently I asked for a relaxing, medium pressure massage with warm oil and it's just a fantastic experience you can drift away and let all your tension go. I couldn't ask for better, and I can't wait for the next visit ! :)

Tradition Lomilomi is near impossible to find, and I was so grateful to find an expert practitioner in Montreal. Aurélie Obled is a pro, and the massage was exactly as desired. Aurélie provided solid communication through the whole experience, compassion and understanding for the particular needs of my nit picky shoulder, and solid tunes (as requested).

She provides the best deep tissue massage but of course can give you the massage style you prefer. I highly recommend Aurélie.
