★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've belonged to a few different gyms in my lifetime, and this one has my heart. I love the group fitness classes. The coaches are phenomenal, professional, and take the time to get to know you. The workouts are challenging but also modifiable if you have any restrictions. The members are super supportive, positive, welcoming, and SO fun. The environment is unlike any other gym I've belonged to... and its why I keep coming back :)

1. Clean - Rather important during the times we are in.
2. Inexpensive -No long-term contracts necessary
3. Actually 24/7 - Not 24/4 or 24/5 like other gyms in the city.
4. Wide-range of equipment - 3 Squat racks! Heavy bags, Kettlebells, Deadlift platform, 2 separate dumbbells areas, Tires and sleds.
This is a great gym for people coming to train seriously and improve their fitness.
Also their Physiotherapy, Personal training, Massage and other services at the clinic are top-notch!
