We're your small-town pharmacy in the centre of the city. Many of our team members were either born and raised in small towns, or practiced there. As such we bring the small-town level of care directly to you in the heart of Winnipeg. Ask about our many services including:

- How can we help? We try our best to accommodate all pharmacy requests. If you have a specific need contact us today to schedule a consultation. Chances are if you have a problem, we've already come up with a solution.
* Patients must register their vehicle at front counter. Non-regular patients must first pay for parking and will be reimbursed after filling a prescription. Regular pharmacy patients will not be charged for parking at the time of registering.
**Some exceptions apply, including benzodiazepines and narcotics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Arara, he listened to my concerns, and made me feel like my health is a poririty. I'm happy to have found such a caring doctor. Parking was a bit tricky with the construction, but I was notified by the staff that there are 5 spots now available behind the foodfare. Staff was friendly and efficient with helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well thought out treatment plan and hands on work. Mark is a very knowledgeable therapist who is also very easy to deal with. His advice, work and stretches have yielded very noticeable results in less than a month. Clean facility and direct billing at front desk which is amazing. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciate the physicians and staff here, always friendly and welcoming! They recently added 5 parking spots in the food fare parking lot, which is really awesome, I know people mentioned parking being an issue. I also have gotten my prescriptions filed at the pharmacy, I received fast friendly service. Can't say enough good things about this Health Centre!

I went to go get my ear and back checked out and Dr Femi asked me the same questions over and over again, he said nothing was wrong with me even though I have a pimple in the concha/antihelix area and it has a bump unlike the other ear. For my back he just suggested it was posture but it’s painful when I sit in chairs and when I lie down. The pain spreads to my left ribs and I’ve tried stretching, sitting up straight but nothing works.
You’d think doctors would be able to help with this but apparently not.
Do better.

After more then 2 years struggling with a negative experience with an insensitive doctor i am appreciating all the above mentioned in my new family doctor.

I needed info re: which immunizations were offered at the clinic and she was able to confirm that they carried the vaccines that my husband needed. Very pleased with my experience. Thank you Mia.
