I recently ordered a new panel for my work station and Lee Harris went the extra mile to assist me in finding the matching panel, without having to flip through a catalogue or navigate a website. The service technician that installed the panel and a few other items we had ordered was also exceptional. He was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Source Office Furniture to anyone looking for quality office furniture and great service!

Lee went absolutely above and beyond to assist my company in receiving our furniture, assembled ASAP. We are so appreciative! I called prior to going and was told there was about 15 different varieties. When I arrived there were maybe 3. If you're looking for customer service DONT GO HERE. The store clerk did not seem to care or want to offer any assistance. When I made a purchase I had to load the product into my car and was not offered any kind of assistance. I'm surprised this store does any business because if this is how they treat their customers they will not be returning. *Update The store manager reached out to me and discussed my concerns at great length. The manager committed to addressing the sales agent's behavior.

He answered all our questions respectfully. They are an affordable company and managed to work with our limited timeline to outfit our office for our move with exactly what we needed to get functioning quickly in our new space. Other than a little bit of miscommunication between departments for the delivery and pick up of packaging, everything went smoothly and we really appreciated their aid.

Just called and they need my order number which I don’t have not sure if they emailed me as I can’t find one- was told they couldn’t help me- can’t track me by name.?? in this day and age of technology? Not good customer service at all!
