J	Joe Ambrosio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my neighbor roof cleaned late last year (I look after the house) by Big shot Collin gave me a quote of $1,500 the highest of the three other quotes I got I agreed thinking he would a better job, far from it. The day they came to clean the roof two of his workers arrived looked at the roof called Collin I do not know what they talked about at the end of the conversation one of the worker gave me a choice of weather I wanted a soft wash or power wash. There were mane white spots on the roof (some kind of growth) that I was concerned about coming off. My respond to the worker was I do not know I am concerned about these spots you are the professional if it were your roof what would do? He replied soft wash it reduces chances of tile damage and I guaranty the spots will come off, I gave him the go ahead as his suggestion. weeks latter the spots were still there, I contacted Collin about the issue he said to wait a little longer. I waited longer contacted Collin again he responded don't worry I wont leave you dry. we will re do it, came this year I called Collin to come and take care of the issue his reply this time was there will be a charge. I replied you promised to take care of the spots and that your employee said they would come off he replied that was him not me there will be a charge to re do it. I was not a happy camper. H said he would look at his notes and call me back, its been at leas one month and no call back. In my opinion he is a con artist, and not a man of his word he is not a big shot but rather a big shi- Hi has a small place he operates not at all what he makes it appear to be. There are a lot of companies out there that do a far better job and less money. Don't waste your time and money with this hypocrite looser.

I've been going to Big Shot supplies for about a year-and-a-half now and they have helped me out significantly with my small business pointing me in the right direction every time and gaining valuable knowledge. Pleasant and professional and worked with us to meet our vision for the lights. The 3 person team that put up the Christmas lights arrived on time and were all friendly and professional. Had the work completed within 4 hours. The lights look great and we didn't have to do any of the a hard work! We will definitely consider using the other services they offer in the future. Had the job done, taken off after the season pass and light stored in my garage - no problem. This year in October I called them to schedule installation for this season, only to learn that they increased their price almost 75%. I understood that the Covid19 disrupted a lot of things, but I thought that was way too much. After I saw the Big Shot Pressure Washing reviews on Google I decided to give them a call and I don't regret. Collin took his time to explain to me in a professional manner the process and the steps in details, making me feel confident that I am in good hands. He explained that they use the best materials available and install up to code. As they weren't to install their own lights, I was explained that the process might take longer than usual and they might use some extra connectors or cables if needed, resulting in extra charges. The team did a good job although it took four extra hours for them to figure out how the last year company installed the light and to correct their mistakes (I was told that they installed connectors with reverse polarity and I was lucky my installation didn't catch fire - so as in many cases, cheaper is never better). I am pleased with the level of professionalism this company has to offer and I am looking forward to do business with them from now on.
