★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick was very thorough with cleaning my house's exterior and concrete driveway and sidewalks. He ensured that I was satisfied and if I wasn't, he would go back and clean it again. He spent the whole day and did not rush to go home or end the job. He has the proper tools to do the pressure washing without damaging the surface. Price was fair and very competitive. I would highly recommend him and rehire him again! 4 of my neighbours have already said they wanted him to clean their houses as well.

The work was performed while I was not home and when I returned he went above and beyond. Definitely recommend Langley Pressure Washing for siding and pressure wash cleaning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT hire this company! 700$ for two and half hours work, and it was poorly done! Half the dirt wasn’t removed, mud and leaves left all over my walkways. My upper floor windows are still covered in dirt and spots. Tried reaching out to resolve this matter.. response was excuses and a resume! Save yourself the time and money and hire else where! Reported to BBB!
Edit: thought I’d add some photos to show your top quality work! I wish I could add the security camera videos instead!
