They understand that a wheelchair/walker/cane etc is not just a piece of equipment it is part of the person

Their delivery, setup and pickup were all done professionally with friendly efficiency & within their stated timeframes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I bought the top end NRG force hand cycle. I dealt solely with Ted and he was very upfront and professional. When I was shopping around to buy the hand cycle, I found a price that was lower than they advertised and they matched it. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the top and factory was closed when I started my investigation process for the bike. Ted was right on top of things as soon as the factory reopened and got my bike ordered. Within days of them receiving the bike I had it delivered to my door assembled and ready to go. Like I said, fantastic experience from beginning to end. I’ve been using a chair for 32 years and I have now found my new supplier for all things related.
