The staff from the front office right through to choosing frames were incredibly professional. We were extremely pleased with our experience and ordered several pairs of glasses. I am indebted to Dr. Mann who took the time to research the pre-existing condition of my sister to ensure nothing got missed.

on the phone when I made the apointment and greeted me when I entered the clean bright office. The prescreening attendant and the knowledgable optometrist both explained everything as they checked the health of my eyes. I was there for a routine exam and health check. The testing equipment was comfortable and clean. There is a nice variety of designer frames, a disposable contacts collection and no high pressure sales to buy glasses. I would highly recommend this buisness for family eyecare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in to see if they could put in a screw in my glasses. Wanted to charge me $35.00!!! To put in a screw! I was a client with Dr. Hewitt and then moved . Was in Sooke on other business thought they might help me out…. Not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was knowledgeable and kind, the lady who did my blood pressure etc was professional considerate kind and fast and did her job very well. Dr. Hewitt answered all my questions and catered to my needs she was professional and interested in giving the help I need for my eyes, she was very kind polite professional and friendly I love coming to Sooke eyecare and seeing her. The lady who helped me with my glasses was kind helpful and professional. Thank you very much I look forward to my next visit ❤️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience having an eye exam here! Booking the appointment over the phone was very easy, and the receptionists were very friendly. Lots of parking is always a plus. The appointment was about 40 minutes, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. I appreciated everyone explaining the test they were doing. 10/10 experience, and I look forward to picking out a new pair of glasses here!

First time with the young fella checking eye pressures, etc and was top rung in work ethic and patient interaction.
Dr Morin she da best. A delight to interact with. She doesn't miss a detail and she really cares about ones eyes, keeping them in the best possible condition and for as long as possible.
A big thanks to all the upfront ladies who treat us with a smile and a warm welcome.
Highly recommended practice in my view ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my annual eye exam at Sooke Eyecare today, they have had some changes that provides a better and more efficient flow to the office. I saw Dr. Barber for my exam today and was really impressed with how thorough she is. I felt l had an extensive exam and she took the time to address any concerns l had. They have a great selection of frames and currently a promotion on a second pair. The dispenser, Gillian? didn't try to upsell me which was a pleasant change from some places l have been to. My visit to Sooke Eyecare was very impressive and l don't hesitate to recommend them.
