E	Eric Rousseau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them fix a cable took all but 30mins and some hand tools.labour was really expensive. Invoiced the wrong company 2 times had to keep calling to have them send me invoice. Would not ever get or recommend.

Last Thursday I drove to Soo Overhead Doors, the office ladies directed me to the shop where I spoke to a guy who proceeded to tell me that he wasn't "the guy" for garage doors. He took down my information, what I was looking for plus, I emailed him some pictures from my phone. I was told he would pass this on to "the guy" and that he would be in touch. Yesterday I called Soo Overhead Doors looking for "the guy" I was told that he was in but on the phone, give us your contact information and he will call you right back. I got home from work today, Thursday, one week later, still nothing. Guess I'm taking my money elsewhere! Mike

They installed the whole system for 1/3 of the price quoted by the local dealer. Fingertip raising and lowering is a blessing for my 70 year old muscles !! No hesitation in recommending them which I just recently did for another person needing a new installation ..thanks Andre and John !!

Funny because I have quotes from out of ssm done within days. I Couldn't even get n estimate where others came within hours or days. Do not recommend if this is how business continues. Sad :(

I looked on the internet and quickly found out these openers wear out the gear in them which is fast and easy and very cheap to repair. I ordered the part. Changed it in 15 minutes and her garage door opener works as new again. Pretty sure they knew this but decided to take advantage of an older lady. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Never dealing with you guys again.
