★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a truss and engineered floor joist package from these guys September 2018. The trusses were so poorly built we needed to repair almost every single one because they refused to fix their mistakes. Lvls were so uneven we needed to plain them down and the trusses were so bowed and uneven it brought my wife to tears
The company will only take orders through box stores so they have zero liability and get all their money upfront before they screw you.
As a retired professional builder I have yet to see such poor quality in my life.
I'll be posting pictures on BBB if anyone thinks this is a false review. I should have listened to all the locals here and stayed away from these criminal's. They do what they want and have horrible customer service because they're the only company's around that offers this service close by.
Even if it costs you a few dollars more order your trusses and floor package from somewhere else... Do not just brush off this review and think it won't happen to you...it's a pattern around here and they couldn't care less about your experience.
