M	Mike Mourad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having pinched a nerve in my lower back (sciatic). I came to Soma slouching and barely able to walk. Getting out of bed had become a major challenge. Within a few sessions Lidiya was able to isolate and initially gently treat the problem area in a calculated way, so as not to aggravate anything. Massage therapy and acupuncture were not effective and had taken me backwards. Pain is currently 80-90% gone. I say thank you. Looking forward to further progress.

I also like that Lidiya offers an option to book a session online - not very many massage therapists do that. I don’t have to give 15 available times to the receptionist (and get one available slot) anymore. I highly recommend booking a session with Lidiya. And yes, you can use your SunLife health benefit card.

She is very knowledgeable, smart, and personable when treating her patients. When treated by her, she definitely takes her time in explaining what she is doing and why she is doing to help. I have had major and minor pain in the shoulder, back and hip area and every time I go book an appointment, she really does a great job in relieving the pain I have and giving alternative solutions to continue to treat any areas of concern. 1000% Highly recommend for sure!!
