β β β β β The lady who answered the phone was SO RUDE!!!!!!!! Itβs ok if you donβt accept new patients, but she only wants to talk with me in 3 seconds. Literally just uneducated lady who canβt even speak hello and goodbye.

More importantly, they are responsive - critical during the pandemic. We have kept receiving prescriptions, advice and services from them through email.

β β β β β Highly recommended. Very friendly, Professional, Compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor, Considers you as a whole person rather than just a patient with disease.
Dr Zou has been our Family Dr more than 15+ years for kids and adults. We all appreciate her kind and knowledgeable approach every time, we visit her in person or speak on telephone. Dr Zou is so gentle and caring that makes you relax and resolve our health issue properly..... That's why we still be with Dr Zou, even we moved out to another town 30KM away .......
