★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service was over the top considerate. I had missed the closing time to pick up 3 pair of shoes that I left for repair. When I reached out the owner he came agreed to come in on a day off to help me pick up my shoes. I was extremely fortunate he was able to do this and my hat is off to him for making the effort. The work on the shoes was fantastic as well. Save me hundreds in new shoe purchases. Thanks so much for a great experience.

I am very happy I've found this place! It's a 20 minutes drive in traffic from my office but it's worth it. And yes, you do have to pre-pay here.
I am now writing this review after picking up my designer shoes after being re-soled. The repairs looked fantastic! The edges of the new sole weren't perfectly trimmed and I understand that's because I didn't bring these shoes in before wearing them for the first time. The trimming would have been perfect if he didn't have to try and trim it such that the wear and tear on the edges may be covered.
I initially found this place with decent reviews so I took a few of my lower cost shoes for repair to test out and the results were good enough that I decided to bring in my designer shoes. I had two pairs of suede pumps where the suede has started to tear on the edges and the owner reviewed my options with me and was honest that there is limited work that may be done. I took his recommendations and now am getting additional wears out of my favorite work pumps.
I then brought him another pair of old, squeaky nine west shoes for repair. He provided me a quote and said he will try his best to identify the source of the squeak. When I picked it up, the squeak was gone and he said if it starts squeaking again when I actually wear it, bring it back and he will try again at no charge.
My interactions with the owner and his staff have been great so far and I find the owner to be very honest. The store itself is clean, including the open work space so I know my beautiful shoes won't pick up any dirt during the repair process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my snow boots stitched at the heel part. When I picked them up, I asked the cobbler how many line of stitches he did, he said 2 lines. I went home and inspect further and found out he only did 1 line of stitch and he did not even follow the existing stitch lines. The stitching was wavy and he did not even took out the old threads. I called him and told him my issue. He said I can return the boots and he will restitch again. This is not bespoke shoes that need special care. All orders regardless of its value should have the same attention to detail and care. I will never come back for future orders and I will give my business to other shops.

I had an expensive designer bag that I managed to ruin the threading on. Sole perfection got the job done in one day and made the bag look brand new. If you’re looking for high-quality work for your shoes, bags, and leather goods, I highly recommend Sole perfection.
On a side note - they were also kind enough to bring my bag out to the car as I had my baby inside, thank you again! Will most definitely be back :)
