After five classes I already feel a difference. I have more energy and strength in my daily life. I would definitely recommend Rocio,

I love working with her because she is compassionate and has helped me to overcome many fears I had with yoga and exercise.
If you need a personal yoga instructor, Rocio is the one to go for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rocio is a excellent Yoga Teacher. In fact she is one of my Master teachers that has inspired me to take my journey further. She has been providing private sessions to me for several months. I first got introduced to her at a local yoga class and I love her approach and the notion that there are never two classes she teaches that are the same! and I like variety! I myself am I yoga instructor and Rocio has been working with me to expand my practice in very specific areas. We are seeing progress and results every single week. I would highly recommend private lessons with Rocio so that she could cultivate a program for your needs. Not to mention she is the most lovely caring human being that illuminates with love, positivity and light. Keep inspiring us!
