★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at this store!! They don’t stand behind their products andwould not exchange my shoes. They could only do a repair. my brand new shoes that I have worn 3-4 times look like they have been repaired by a 5 year old. They refused to do anything further
Buyer beware!!!!
In response to owner: I Really don’t see how asking you to stand behind a product you sold me as taking advantage. I feel that any customer who was told their shoes would be stitched would be very upset to return and find their shoes poorly glued together.
I guess your response just goes to show your attention to customer service and detail as it does not even address the issue.
I am still stuck with a pair of shoes that look like they where glued together by a five year old and when you decided that it wasn’t “cost effective “ to stitch my shoes I should have been notified as I would have taken them elsewhere to be repaired.

For many years that store is my go to destination for the most comfortable and durable shoe-wear. AS98 and Mjus are my favourites. Whenever I wear the shoes from the Softy’s, I get loads of compliments! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and return policy. bought 2 pairs of expensive shoes... one pair immediately started coming apart at the seams so returned hoping for a new pair (had only worn 3 days)... refused to help for replacement but offered repair... repair was a joke... I was told they would be stitched with very good thread and they were crazy glued together! glue all over the leather and discoloration. when I asked why not stitched I was informed that it was not cost effective in their opinion!!!? why not ask me since I'm stuck with crappy glued together shoes now... I might have paid $10 to do stitching but they had already glued them without consulting the customer for some reason??? Would definitely not recommend this store!!!!!!!
