They are extremely knowledgeable about everything in their store plus they have the cutest and softest PJs. You walk in and they make you feel like family!! Best facials in town, highly recommend for everyone!!

I always feel like she is really invested in my progress and she gets so excited whenever there are improvements no matter how minor. If I ever have any questions or concerns they are right there to help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treatment room is comfortable and private with warmed cozy blankets and an adjustable chair that gives a full spa experience. Megan is kind and attentive and actually listens when you tell her what your skin concerns are. She is creative and fun and will try everything in her arsenal to get your skin to a good place. She offers trial sizes so that you can try before you buy. While your mask is setting, she'll treat you to a hand, foot, neck or head massage (I highly recommend the head massage!!). Megan is professional and inventive and also a lovely person. Once you have been fully pampered, she'll end your session with a hot or cold herbal tea. I always feel nurtured and validated when I share my dermal challenges and Megan works with me to come up with a plan. We have been through a few different routines so far and have finally found something for my combination skin, which finally looks healthy and glowey most of the time instead of the total disaster it was before I met Megan. Treat yourself...you and your skin deserve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put 10 stars I would! This is THE place to go for your skincare needs! Megan gave me the most amazing facial I’ve ever had with lots of education for my oily skin! That was 5 days ago and my skin is still glowing and feeling so soft!
I purchased the IS Clinical skincare products that Megan recommended and I finally feel that I’m adulting with my largest organ - my skincare routine is something that I’ve come to look forward to as some daily ME time! At this rate my face will be perfect for my wedding!
Also more importantly is how La Creme looks after their team. It’s clear that everyone loves working there and has a lot of respect for each other, which shows in my experience as a client. #supportlocal
