★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving this place 5 stars because everything in the store I wanted to own. I’ve never found a place that suits my style so well and I felt like I was home upon entering. However, I will say that this is clearly a high end place and the items are expensive. I don’t know that on a regular day (no sales) that you could find something under $100. So you have to be prepared to either spend a lot of money here or maybe limit yourself to one splurge item if like me you aren’t used to spending that much on clothes.
From what I can tell though, they carry top quality clothes and so it’s a great place to find staple pieces for your wardrobe that are made well and long lasting.
The lady who helped me out was also a lovely human and I enjoyed chatting with her :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She may have moved cities and opened a new clothing store but Virginia is easily the most abusive woman I've ever met. I worked for her many years ago when I was a young designer in Edmonton and have no good words for her and would like to protect others from being treated poorly. If she had the decency to apologize for the insanity me and all the other staff endured over the years I would have not feel the urge to warn others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this shop. Besides the amazing selection of clothing and accessories (my dream wardrobe) the service, attention to detail and product knowledge is top notch. When asking for advice, I find the staff really offered heartfelt input on what works for my body type, lifestyle, styling, etc not just interested in making a sale. If you are ever in Penticton, make sure you visit.
