★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to hear that Kelowna was getting a Refill Store, and I am happy to report that the reality exceeds my expectations.
12/10 for the staff. They are incredibly sweet, helpful, and enthusiastic. They were also totally happy to deal with a fairly scatterbrained and anxious me since it's the first time I've ever visited a refill store.
10/10 for products. They have a lot of great products. It's extremely exciting for me that I only have to walk 2 km from my house to get barred shampoo/conditioner, or dish soap concentrate etc. instead of having to order everything online which is expensive, and irritates me (since I am actively trying to cut down on my carbon footprint).
I truly cannot recommend them enough. I am already excited for my next trip, and am aggressively cleaning my apartment for the opportunity to try out other products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. It’s where I get my hand soap, laundry detergent (waterless sheets for extra eco-friendly awesomeness), dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner, and toothpaste. It’s basically my go to spot for all my household products. They make eco-friendly living very easy and affordable. Great prices and friendly help. I HIGHLY recommend this gem.

Lots of different soaps, detergents, natural deodorants, bubble bath, shampoos and conditioners to choose from, as well as a ton of locally made bits for the home. The girls were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend checking them out :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say....? Fill Kelowna is just amazing. Gabi, the owner, is such a friendly kind person who is following her passion! The store is super clean, bright, smells amazing and always such a friendly greeting as soon as you walk through the door! I haven't even started on the products Fill offers. It seems like the options are endless and highly recommend heading down to check out what Fill has to offer! My girlfriend bought some dryer balls there and they are the BEST! Great spot with a great cause!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is so accessible to those new to zero waste or incorporating low waste options into their lifestyle, and has such a bright and friendly atmosphere! I adored every product I got on my first visit, so much so that I plan to be back soon. Gabi brings in new products often, accompanied with social media content explaining the background of the products and ingredients. So appreciated! Prices are great, and overall, it’s a great experience that this area so needed. 10/10!
