★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mini hub. Great mix of products and services! From hair cuts to mailboxes and even a Starbucks, too. Good parking and all shops are clean. Rather central and a nice place to get free parking and go for a walk. I like it a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this little strip mall as it has a few boutique shops in it. Then it also has its anchor tenets like Urban Fare, Starbucks DQ, and KFC ect. It has an Aztec design and looks quite appealing, and over the summer months can get very busy as it located near Gyro Beach. ⛱️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Urban Fair's restaurant. Good selection of food at the buffet. Not bad prices. The only ongoing issue there is the food gets cold quickly. I have had to have staff microwave the food to reheat it on more than one occasion.
