He ignored us, didn’t say “hi”, didn’t serve customer. Even the girl Indian is working over there the same, she was not good service at all.

V	Valerie Darsigny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So not impress by this store. Came yesterday to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter. Asked for a size, the girl came back saying they are sold out. Back home I decided to shop online and saw it is supposed to be in stock at the store. Bought online with a pick up to the store 1 hour later received an email that my order was ready to pick up ? seriously!!! So I just pick up the pair that they had in stock.... not impressed. And the service was so slow (yesterday AND today, 2 different persons) that I wont go there in the future
L	Leanne B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have had the same experience when visiting this location multiple times therefore felt the need to share. This location seems very under staffed - waited 15 minutes to ask for a size. The staff seems run down and so busy that they lack good customer service skills. I think with more staff this location has potential yet until then I will most likely choose to shop online or at other locations.
O	Orange Banana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead, spoke to a wonderful person. Had the shoes my daughter needed set aside, walked in, paid, left. All in all a wonderful shopping experience.

WILL NEVER GO TO A SOFT MOC AGAIN!!!! I've had numerous co workers asked where I bought them, WORK AUTHORITY was most helpful is what I told them and to not buy them at Soft MOC. Please do not respond with having me call in to your customer service # as this will probably not resolve this person's ignorance. Maybe when this location goes out of business , she will dummy up

Multiple visits and employees never ask if you require assistance and if you do seek help they act like you are an inconvenience. If you ask for a size and they don’t have it, they never offer to bring another one in a different colour or pattern or check to see if can be ordered. I even asked if a specific shoe came in 1/2 sizes and employee said she did not know some shoes do and some don’t.
T	Tristin Redner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I was refused when I tried to return a brand new pair of Blundstones ($300 with tax). I bought them for my husband, he tried them on, took one step into the garage and realized they weren’t comfortable so immediately took them off so we could exchange for a new size. Took them in this morning and was asked if he wore them. I said no, and explained he tried them on and they were too tight. I was told they wouldn’t refund me as the shoes were “so muddy and salty” they would have to throw them away. I will never shop here again.
