Great Customer Service!

I will NEVER shop at the Belleville location again. I will make a trip elsewhere for my son. The terrible experience started when I walked in and was not greeted. The two sales reps looked at me and continued their conversation even after I said hello. I brushed it off and started my search for my sons first birthday outfit. Found amazing jeans with suspenders in his party colour theme. They had no tag so I asked the ladies if they knew rough price. They ignored me. On for the search for a onsie or shirt. Surprisingly found a fire truck one! Super excited as this is my sons theme. Was only able to locate in 2t. Again. Sought help from the ladies. It was followed by um that table over there in a very snooty manor. I followed this with a question about whether or not they had birthday onsies in. They said no. 5 minutes later a CUSTOMER brought me up 2 birthday onsies in my sons size that she found. I then spent 20 minutes wondering the store looking for a plane white onsie. I was struggling and asked for help. Of course zero reciprocation for the sales reps. I finally gave up and went to pay. When I got to the till she looked at me and said "what not getting the onsies". I couldnt believe it. How bloody rude. I proceeded with no I couldnt find them. You would think as a sales representative you would maybe take two seconds to go and get one or help your freaking customer. Long story short, the ONLY reason I bought the Jean's as well as firemen pajama set was that I was pressed for time and my sons birthday is a week away; however, I will be going to the Trenton location on my next day off and if I find the same outfits that I purchased I will be taking the other ones back to Belleville for a return. That will be the last time I ever step foot in the Belleville location. Love the store and I do all my clothing shopping there but I will never give you my business again. Please train your employees to have some common sense and courtesy.

Always have great selection of kids clothing

On 4th Dec. 2018 I made a purchase wherein the price at the till did not match the special advertised at the door...this is false advertising...I won't be returning anytime soon

Such a cute store filled with adorable baby boy and girl clothes! My first shopping choice when shopping for my babies.

Have been into the store multiple times and one older employee is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Prefer to drive to another city than shop at this Carters.

I was in store at 5:30 and it closes at 6:00. I made the purchase of my items and I was just looking at other cloths before exiting. An employee comes up to me at tells me that the store is closed and that if i needed help. The evil look she gave me while saying this made me exit the place right there and then. I was thinking of buying the cloths that I held in my hang but left it there because the attitude was full of attitude. Very disappointed by their attitudes

Yikes! What happened to the helpful staff that smiled and greeted you when you walked through the door? Can we trade in the new staff for the former?
