★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aujourd’hui,je me suis présentée pour un remboursement ,la dame m’a demandé (est-ce c’est la même carte )j’ai répondu (oui) et elle m’a demandé ma carte et elle l’a pris dans ces mains ,je lui ai dit qu’elle n’avait pas le droit puisque je lui ai montré en plus je ne peux pas lui donner une autre carte car je risque de perdre mes sous la personne était aimable mais une autre personne était trop fâchée de ce que j’ai dit à cette personne ,j’ai demandé pourquoi elle se comporte comme ça et quand j’ai demandé la gérante (c’était elle) et je lui ai demandé son nom elle a refusé elle a levé la voix plus haut encore et elle a demandé au vendeur de me mettre à l’extérieur du magasin tout le monde me regardait on dirait que j’ai fait un vol à l’étalage,la gérante et le vendeur étaient dans une situation incroyable et le magasin n’était pas vide il y avait une trentaine de personnes qui se sont tournés vers la gérante et le vendeur,j’ai levé la voix pour expliquer au gens que c’était une simple transaction et non un vole,je suis très déçue de leurs comportement,normalement même si le client n’est pas satisfait, la gérante et les vendeurs devrait être calme et non le contraire
Je ne retournerai jamais dans ce magasin
Today I showed up for a refund, the lady asked me (is it the same card) I answered (yes) and she asked for my card and she took it in these hands, I told her that she was not allowed since I showed her in addition I can not give her another card because I risk losing my pennies the person was kind but another person was too angry at what i said to this person, i asked why she behaves like that and when i asked the manager (it was her) and i asked her name she refused she raised her voice higher again and she asked the salesman to put me outside the store everyone was looking at me it looks like I shoplifted the manager and the salesman were in an amazing situation and the store was not empty there were about thirty people who turned to the manager and the salesman, I raised my voice to explain to people that it was a simpl The transaction and not a steal, I am very disappointed with their behavior, normally even if the customer is not satisfied, the manager and the salespeople should be calm and not the other way around
I will never go back to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'aime bien magasiner sur le site web de SoftMoc , j'ai eu le plaisir d'acheter au magasin SoftMoc Carrefour Laval et Mirabel . Hélas mon expérience au SoftMoc Rosemère est un désastre.
La vendeuse ne voulais pas me faire un Ajustement de prix deux jour après mon achat . En effet , les bottes que j'ai acheté étaient en Promotion à 30$ de moins.
J'ai demandé à la vendeuse mais elle ne voulait rien faire . Dommage pour ce magasin.........
Je vais voir les vendeurs de SoftMoc Carrefour et miraculeusement , eux peuvent faire l'ajustement du prix .

Ps , je donne un Zéro à SoftMoc Rosemère......

I like shopping on the SoftMoc website, I had the pleasure of shopping at the SoftMoc Carrefour Laval and Mirabel store. Unfortunately my experience at SoftMoc Rosemère is a disaster.
The salesperson didn't want to make a Price Adjustment for me two days after my purchase. Indeed, the boots I bought were on Promotion for $ 30 less.
I asked the saleswoman but she didn't want to do anything. Too bad for this store .........
I go to see the SoftMoc Carrefour sellers and miraculously, they can adjust the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jai commander d’amazon et je voulais faire un echange de pointure mais la caissiere etait tellement presser qu’elle n’a pas ecouter ma requete et m’a juste fait un remboursement et jai du repayer, tandis que javais acheter les souliers sur amazon avec une carte cadeau. Cetait compliqué pour rien. La fille blonde etait SUPER bete, cetait ma premiere experience et c’etait desastreux. Javais vu les mauvais review de soft moc rosemere et franchement je les comprend. Je ne recommande pas.
I ordered from amazon and I wanted to make a size exchange but the cashier was in such a hurry that she did not listen to my request and just gave me a refund and I had to pay again, while I had bought the shoes on amazon with a gift card. It was complicated for nothing. The blonde girl was SUPER stupid, it was my first experience and it was disastrous. I had seen the bad review of soft moc rosemere and frankly I understand them. I do not recommend.
