Job security is an important part of any employment. At Sofina, there is job security. Most management is great too .

Only had to wait half an hour for my loaded trailer. I haven't been here in over a year or two, so no complaints for that short wait.

I do not have an experience to share but am sending you this in hopes you will stop torturing and abusing theses animals ?why such abuse?? Isnt it bad enough that they are raised to be killed?? Please, try to show some compasion and stop abusing these animals!!! I live in the USA and am so disgusted by what you do to these animals???!! Why??!!! Please change your ways or you will have to answer one day and i promise you it will not be compasion. God will punish you and then some!!! May God have mercy on your souls, if you have one??!!!

Very clean and lot of nice people had an interview with them it was the most amazing tour I ever had the offices are clean but the floors were grey and needed a good tune up the offices were HR was looked like a school setting they have old wooden doors and washroom was old school looked like they needed a renovation but super clean, when I left washroom I saw another hallway with cubicles in the back and saw this woman wearing a beautiful blowse and a beautiful long black dress with high heels walking the HR that I toured with was 2 lovely ladies and they very funny had to dress in there costume to go to production area started in cleanest to dirtiest it was for food safety had to constantly wash hands and shoes for safety it was pretty cool sanitizing my shoes in white foam dispensing and saw the production it looked like the Detroit assembly line tons of people were side by side working hard it was amazing seeing such dedication towards food safety, it truly was an eye opener for me and was heading into the kill area but I gotta see the guys that work on the kill floor they were yellow aprons that had blood but they seemed to me did not want to do it by there face expression did not reach into were they kill them but I know by the holes in each product it was a vacuum knife that sucks blood into the B&B transport trailer or held in those massive tanks that can hold until the company comes to collect and one in HR didn’t want to see the kill floor so we had to go to the offices and do application form and one of the other guy looked happy knowing that there is more people who wanna work he was dressed very formal, was impresssed the way the place looks and runs I didn’t get a job for summer but I will look in the future they seem like a great place to work.

The protesters are a joke. Most of whom wear brand names made by child labor or better yet I saw one in 18 hole Doc Martins - So I guess it's okay to wear a cow but not eat a pig....the moral hypocrisy is hilarious.

Good place to work. If this factory wasn't here lots of people wouldn't have a job. So if you think that homeless people are better then people eating animals, then I'm sorry but you have a problem.

This is more or less a message to vegans. The human body was designed to consume meat, you're in a sense killing yourselves with soy and stuff like that. Sure, some places are less than ethical nowadays, but that's what it takes to feed a population this big. Grow up and eat meat, its good for you.

Had to make a plant visit last week March 2nd and the slim Middle Eastern security guard inside the small booth was extremely rude and condescending. Very bad image for Sofina Foods which is otherwise a great company
