I've seen others complain about the unprofessional/rude staff, but it seems nobody cares. I will spread the word throughout the community as this is unacceptable. Also, I am not expecting a response as the others didn't get one either. You will continue to lose customers due to this garbage.

O	O GS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today two of their employees did not wear a mask or a vizor. The situation has been constant in this aspect since the beginning of COVID 19. In this store, there is always an employee or two who doesn't wear their mask properly or at all. They are in the food industry! How is this possible? The store is small, the employees work really close to one another. You can't wear a mask? Wear a visor. Respect your colleagues and customers! It's not enough to have good products, these days you must keep your customers and employees safe!

However they have some miserable and rude staff. And we all know that lousy customer service can ruin even the best stores. Someone passed comment that only Hungarian speaking people get better treatment. I hope not. Either way, by the other reviews I've read, bad customer service is creeping up on them. It will cost them in their bottem line eventually. Let's hope better management will prevail!

Yet I and many others have always been treated unfairly. Needless to say if you're not white you are being treated rudely. In my Hispanic community we love chicharron. They have amazing quality meat. So we like to buy in bulk to make a special meal. I will purchase more than 5 pounds if they'd let me. I've been told they can't sell to "my people because they have to save for their customers" I politely have told them that I'm a customer too and a returning one. If anything your product is so good you should be happy it flies off the shelf and many latin people will buy it. She said no. So would only sell me a small portion or would hesitate to sell to me. I've had many other friends and family from other diverse communities as well tell me this has happened to them too. It's sad. I'm not asking these items for free I'd happily pay. But in the end the staff are the way they are. And no amount of communication can change their mind. So if anyone is looking to buy chicharron you can purchase at Starskys in mississauga. They would happily take in any customer.
