Charles and team were beyond helpful in suggesting styles to pair with my engagement ring and styles for my fiancé to choose and/or customize. They were incredibly knowledgable of the product and development process, making it easy to discover the right pieces for us. The store itself is beautiful and fitting to all the story laced into Sofia's designs. The additional giftable items were also well incorporated with the design themes as well. Excited to come back in the future and will be placing my order soon!

From earrings to pendants to rings and bespoke items, they have it all. We met with Charles who was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. (extremely important in my opinion) I already had an idea of what I wanted but Charles helped guide us through the finishing touches and even made sure our special request was attended to. Some of the other staff members came to say hi and were also friendly. It was a very warm environment and we chatted like old friends. I highly recommend Sofia Zakia for all your jewelry needs. Don’t wait for a special occasion, life is special.

The whole team came together to make it work. And they are genuinely welcoming. I could not be happier with the results or our visit. Really special place.

Was greeted by Charles, who was just amazing to chat with and incredibly helpful for providing jewelry storing and cleaning tips. The jewelry was even more stunning in person, and so dainty! Will make a point of visiting every time I am in Montreal!

The store is beautiful, and so nice to see the jewelry in person. I rarely go into stores but this experience was phenomenal, the 2 sales people were warm and friendly and I did not feel judged for being money conscious. I got there so close to closing but they did not hesitate in welcoming me and did not try to rush me. Such nice people and beautiful layout. They also let me try on what I wanted to and so helpful.

The staff working there are wonderful and very knowledgeable (I met Charles specifically who is such a lovely person)! The jewelry is unlike anything I’ve seen. It is magical, creative, fantastical and fun. Highly recommend if you love high quality pieces that are equally as whimsical.
