Monica designed the engagement ring that I gave to my fiancé. From idea to realization, the experience creating the ring was truly a memorable one thanks to Monica. She is a true professional in her field and was honest on all design aspects. The vibe in the store is very friendly, and with Jeff and their son Nick there, you couldn't ask for a better store dynamic. Highly recommended for all your jewellery needs.

I very rarely post online reviews however, after having read the deplorable 1star review posted 19 hours ago by "MK", I felt most compelled to have my say. I have been doing business with Daisy Exclusive and Monica and Jeff and Nick (not to mention their consummately professional and friendly staff) for over eight years and have found each and every experience to be thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding. Every visit is more fun than the last! I have accumulated a stunning collection of unique and beautiful jewellery that I receive endless compliments on. Monica is a most talented jewellery designer as well as having endless knowledge about her profession and boundless passion for her craft. My husband commissioned a stunning diamond tennis bracelet for me and she certainly outdid herself! When I wear my Daisy pieces, people often stop and ask me if they are family heirlooms and I'm quick to point them in the direction of Westmount Square right to their front door. Stop in for a visit, admire their lovely pieces, have a cup of cappuccino and you will be back again and again!!! I must respond to "MK's" suggestion that I might perhaps not be a "real person posting a real review". After a quick pinch of my arm and a quick check of my reflection in the mirror, I determined that I most assuredly AM a human being. Should you wish to pursue this juvenile nonsense any further, I suggest you use your investigative powers and attempt to contact me to discuss our difference of opinion. You might wish to start with a Google search. I find that to be a most helpful tool and it doesn't even cost money. I look forward to hearing from you.

Monica and Jeff have always provided excellent service and expert advice to me and my family. From wedding rings to watch batteries, they are there to help with everything we need. The friendly service, quality pieces, and wide selection has created a return customer in me for as long as I am buying jewellery (forever...!).

I had a fantastic experience with Daisy Antiques. They had a complete set of our pattern I couldn't find elsewhere, and in the right sizes. They provided high quality support and service which is very important when you shop on line and have no previous experience with the seller. The box arrived one day after finalizing the order, and the contents looked beautiful and in very good condition. Daisy Antiques answered emails and questions promptly and efficiently. After dealing with Jeff over the telephone & emailing photos to him I decided to travel from Ottawa to Montreal. When I arrived Nick looked after me extremely well and honoured our verbal agreement. I would highly recommend Daisy Exclusive and will definitely do business with them again.
