The response time is infinitely long. I called, emailed and even wrote to their facebook page. Still no answer! Unacceptable.

Les lieux communs comme les cages d'escaliers nécessiteraient une rénovation. Our employees are always good when we rent for 1 month. Renovated apartment, beautiful and comfortable. Common places like stairwells would require renovation.

Je leur ai mentionné en février qu’il pouvait trouver quelqu’un pour mai afin d’annuler mon bail si possible. On m’a mentionné que oui si un nouveau locataire était trouvé mon bail serait annuler. La journée de mon déménagement, je n’avais eu aucune nouvelle ni aucune visite. J’ai alors payer mon loyer en mai et juin. Aujourd’hui, ma conjointe se présente dans notre logement et il était habité par quelqu’un d’autre (aucune idée depuis quand). Dommage, mon expérience avec Nicolyn avait été plutôt correct, mais se fini d’une manière assez désolante et très illégale. Ils nous ont pris pour des con et ils ont été surpris de nous voir débarquer. Nous avons évidemment exigé un remboursement du mois de juin. Je ne recommande pas ces propriétaires à personne. Too bad, my experience with Nicolyn had been pretty decent, but ended up in a pretty sad and very illegal way. They took us for con and they were surprised to see us land. We obviously demanded a refund of the month of June. I do not recommend these owners to anyone.
