★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful fall hike! Trail is well defined. Short scrambling close to the peak but very doable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hike, high moderate difficulty just because one section has a short but extremely steep incline..but rest of the hike is easy with some exposure near the end if you want to reach true summit. We saw a griz bear from a safe distance. Total time it took us was 6hrs at a decent pace with lots of pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent and underrated hiking trail! It’s quite lengthy if you go at a leisurely pace so start early. Great views along the way with varying terrain throughout. A difficult trail overall (especially if you tackle the steep incline to ascend the mountain ridge at the end) but totally doable. A few small ponds along the way which gives a nice change of scenery. The trail gives a sense of isolation or remoteness (in a different way from other hikes) which is relaxing for a less popular spot such as this one. Check this one out!
