★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful bike ride along the West Spray Lakes Road from the parking lot at the end of the drivable section (from the North). Spectacular views of Spray Lakes Reservoir much of the way, and the gravel road is relatively smooth most of the way as well. Watch out for bears as the corridor between the mountain and the lake is quite narrow so encounters can happen and obviously can be super dangerous. The dam itself provides a great expansive view across the lake toward the Spray/Smith-Dorrien Valley as well as a view down the Spray River Valley toward Banff as well. I stopped here, but would love to explore more of this trail sometime!
