I took my mom for a tooth extraction, the worst experience she ever had at a dentist office. Dr Kim did the extraction, rude, very impolite, the whole time he was yelling to his assistant, he also started to behave very rude with my mom, (zero empathy for patients). Going to the dentist its not a pleasant experience and Dr Kim made it even worst. Not very skillful neither, very unfortunate experience. In the follow up visit he was very pushy and tried to force us to get a teeth cleaning, when we decline he just left the room even without saying goodbye or thanks. On the top of that he charged a lot of money for the procedure. However I have to say that the front desk girls are super friendly warm and helpful. Unfortunately the rudeness and zero care about the pacients of Dr Kim ruin the whole experience, I would never recommend to someone to go to that place for dental services.

I had a checkup and cleaning done, the hygenist was very sweet and gentle with cleaning. The staff have been very sweet and kind!

The best clinic that i had been doctors are so friendly especially Doc. Bajaj and doctor kim. The staff are all friendly and accommodating specially Mary Anne she always help me with my concern for my dental need. GOOD job to Smile dental..You should come and visit their clinic.. 100 % best dental service provider in the city.. Thank you everyone

My dental higenist was great! Covid regulations were also awesome, text before you enter was great! Lots of reminders ahead of time which is great for a forgetful person like myself

Excellent clinic. My mother got a tooth extraction done from Dr. Nitin Mehta yesterday and it was flawless. He was super awesome at his job and it definitely took the fear out of us of visiting a dental clinic. Highly recommended.

To be honest, the people working there are friendly and patient. But my dentist did a terrible job. Replacing the crown takes 4months. Can you believe that? During the replacement process, I believe my dentist didn’t give professional advice. I kept telling him I got inflation on the gum, and he said I had a crunching problem. But when I use the temporary crown, everything goes well. First time I told him my permanent crown was not comfortable. He said maybe I need to do a root canal, but he can’t make sure. I did my root canal, which cost me around 1000dollars just in case I will not be bothered by it in the future. I believe my dentist increased my anxiety. Then the new problem came up, I got sensitive around the new crown area, and he blamed the tooth next to the new one. And he said maybe need another root canal for it. Finally, I kept the permanent crown, but I still got inflations between the teeth around it and many foods stuck. They called to follow up, and I told them the problem; they scheduled me to remove this permanent crown and get a new one. (I already had a new crown this time, and planned to release the new crown) I accept. The last time I told him the new crown was still high, he said nothing he could do because nothing showed up. Then I left. I returned yesterday; this time, he let me feel the crown and make sure everything feels right and nothing would happen. Furthermore, he said I might need another job need to be done. He has over excuses and trying to increase another anxiety to me to spend another 450-500dollars to fix the problem. I would say: If that’s the way you make money, customer will leave.

Dr. Mathew removed one defective crown and replaced a new one for me. He is very patient and friendly. Generally, I have received great service here. Ann working at the front desk is very nice and helpful. The only thing that I am not happy with is that it took 1.5month to replace my crown+roots canals. But I understand that the location of the crown is hard to operate and Dr.Mathew was trying to save some money for me. Otherwise, everything is good here. Avery,
