G	Gini B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Smile Buddy after a few failed attempts taking my then 3/4 year old to our dentist. He suffers with Anxiety, ADHD and Autism (query). Knowing this the staff at the office had us come in a few times a month just to show my son that it wasnt scary, let him play with the chair, see equiptment and leave. This warmed him up to eventually him opening his mouth to let them count teeth this was at next to no charge. Now he is 5 years old and has allowed xrays and a cleaning. The front office staff is informative and kind. The hygienists just have a sweet, calm way with kids and the dentists there.. they are very kid friendly, gentle, patient and kind. I drive down from Edmonton with no hesitation. My 2 year old is now a patient too. Highly recommend.

The service provided was excellent, she is 5 and they made her feel 100% at ease. Her first extraction and it went very smooth. Can not thank them enough! Would recommend them to anyone.

She is very resistive to hospital visits or Dr checks but the clinic atmosphere made it easy for us. Dr and support staff were super nice and welcoming. We like that they don’t push for unnecessary expensive treatment unless needed. Medical opinion was very detailed and overall we had a satisfactory visit. Thanks Smile buddy Team.

The hygienists are great with little kids and make them feel comfortable and special. The dentists we’ve seen have been welcoming, understanding, and knowledgeable. My daughter gets excited to go to the dentist!

The lady I spoke to on the phone before deciding to make the journey was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She was nice and very helpful. Talk about GREAT customer service (I wish I can remember her name). When I got to the office I was greeted by VERY friendly staff. The atmosphere in the clinic was very inviting and relaxing for my child. Even I as the parent felt relaxed :). As for the dental care my son received , I have nothing but praises for the team. Dr. Parker and Michelle have a way with children. My son was very nervous but they calmed him and kept reassuring him. They explained every single procedure to him. The care they provided for my son was simply TERRIFIC. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will be making this dental office home for all my children's dental needs from now on. Thanks so much Smile Buddy Children's Dentistry.
