★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medical GP Dr's provide great insight and are helpful. However this is now the 2nd time I've been scheduled to see Dr Bains and have been cancelled. The first time I was rescheduled for 3 months later...today they tell me the next available appointment isn't until April 2022. for patients needing a psychiatrist I don't understand how this is acceptable. Perhaps getting a new psychiatrist on the payroll. I'm on the cancelation list but 5 months to get in? and only seeing patients on Saturdays?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Khosa is a very kind and empathetic person who takes time to listen to me and offer multiple recommendations. He is more experienced with trans healthcare than any family doctor I've had previously. And the clinic is so responsive! I'm usually able to get an appointment the same week I call, compared to over a month at my old doctor's office at times. Strongly recommend Smart Clinic to others.

Physicians, clinic staff and pharmacy are exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Appointments are never hurried and my doctor will discuss anything that is of concern.
I am physically impaired and they go out of their way to assist me and make me comfortable while fulfilling my in person and telephone appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg this clinic has changed my life for the better, if not for Dr Kosa, or nurse Rav my life without them I would not be here after my first overdose; grace to God to these amaging angels. I am now four week pregnant ,healthy, happy, enjoying my life and I I ever need them they will always be there.........I strongly recommend Smart Clinic .they are life saving.?❤️❤️❤️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t go here for addiction help but my family doctor ,Dr.Chiazor runs practice through here. She’s really great and best of all SHE LISTENS!!!! We all know how hard that is to come by.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chiazor is wonderful but every appointment I have attended (in-person and over the phone) I have had to wait at least 1 hour after the scheduled time to speak to her. This clinic books so many appointments in the same time slot which is super frustrating. I have been waiting 3 hours for my phone appointment, and I called twice to confirm she is still phoning me before she leaves. They do not have any respect for patients’ time.
I searched hard for doctor who is a woman, is accepting patients, and has an understanding of holistic and mental health and Dr. Chiazor is a great doctor. It’s unfortunate to find that only to spend half my day waiting to be seen even though I scheduled an appointment. If I was not already moving away, I would not continue going to this clinic.
