After speaking a with her few times on the phone, we met Lina in Calgary over a long weekend to perform our house hunt. We were even more impressed with her in person! Lina is personable, professional and above all else a great listener. After viewing a few homes in the morning, Lina was able to redirect our house hunt for the afternoon based on the conversations between my husband and I from the morning viewings. Lina was knowedgable about many different neighbourhoods and helped us understand the pro's and con's of each based on our inner city search. After viewing about 8 houses, we were successful in finding the perfect house in a neighbourhood that we love. Lina represented us very well in the negotiations and was successful in negotiating our offer with the seller. As we were still living in Toronto, we relied heavily on Lina to work with the seller to complete the home as negotiated. For what could have been a stressful move, Lina made the entire process super simple and always made herself available to help us and answer any questions that we may have had. It is unfortunate that we love our house as much as we do, as I would be thrilled to work with Lina again. I would recommend her services to anyone within Calgary or currently in the relocation process.
