★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just sold our house with Simone and Pablo, it sold on the very first day with multiple offers and we accepted one above our asking price with the quick possession date we were after. Simone's marketing advice was spot on and the quality of their photos and in home presentation really helped us stand out. It's worth noting the one star reviews complaining about Signature Capital. For what it's worth I had a small tech company that worked closely with them and this was ten years ago! It's always tough on everyone when a promising new business doesn't work out but I never doubted their integrity. Since then they've moved on and become top realtors in Calgary probably because of what they learned. Getting multiple offers on day one in Calgary's tough 2018 market is a remarkable achievement and we really did get top dollar for our home. Simone and Pablo have my full confidence and I'm happy to act as a reference for them and can verify the above to any interested parties. The bottom line is that the best realtors get the best results for their clients and that is exactly what happened in my case.

They go the extra mile in all they do, like hiring a PROFESSIONAL photographer for my listing instead of taking pictures with their phones like some other agents do, or sitting down with us to really evaluate what is important for our purchase, or relentlessly obtain feedback from other agents. They provided weekly updates on my listing and the current market and were constantly in communication with us during our sale and purchase. I LOVE the fact that I never had to reach out and wonder what was going on with my listing. In such an emotional time, they were able to keep things professional all the while being compassionate. I’d recommend them to anyone I know.
