He checked to see if our parts were under warranty (which they were), and completed the whole warranty process for us. We were very please with how quickly he was able to resolve the issue, and we also feel like he had our best interest in mind with the cost of the job. Thanks Tyler, we will definitely be calling you again!

He was on a job when I called, so I left a voice mail, which he responded to immediately with a text, acknowledging me and asked me for some more details about my furnace where I was intending the AC unit to be installed. I replied back with all the requested info, and we continued back and forth via text (which was super convenient for me as I was working), until there was a quote in my email with a proposed scheduled install date. When I called him to confirm, I asked him a ton of questions and he was completely transparent about himself, his services, and the products he supplies. He communicated with me the day before and the morning of, arrived on time, was dressed professionally, worked in an organized and efficient manner, and communicated as necessary. He was in and out in 4 hours and even fixed a tiny gas leak in my water tank at no extra charge! Wow. I'm one of those people that does a bunch of research, gets several quotes, and makes the best well-rounded decision overall. My experiences with other contractors for my AC install were not stellar, the quotes were exceptionally high, and the timelines for installation were terrible. Tyler was a slam dunk for me. Highly recommend.
